The Mizenus String Quartet is formed of students from both the Royal Academy of Music and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. The Quartet performs frequently in London in both light entertainment and recitals. Regarded for their intimate and responsive playing, the quartet is forging a reputation as one of London‘s most versatile and vibrant chamber groups. Ranging from jazz and popular styles, to classical and contemporary, the quartet has performed in a variety of settings and pride themselves on their ability to enhance the ambience of a variety of functions whether they be formal receptions, weddings or as invited concert artists. In addition the diversity of their playing has allowed them to support artists as different as Bryn Terfel and Kanye West.
